Safety
and Attitude
At
Sundog Expeditions each and every one of us is committed to providing
you with the best and safest adventure vacation possible. Sundog
Expeditions has an excellent safety record, our guides are trained
in first aid, and most hold Wilderness First Response Certification.
There is potential risk in any outdoor activity and it is important
that you are aware of possible hazards associated with the adventure
you have selected. Before you embark on any wilderness trip, you
will be required to read, understand and sign a "Participant Agreement,
Release, and Acknowledgement of Risk" Form. For participants under
the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must sign and indemnify
on behalf of the minor.
Who
should participate?
We have trips that are suitable for someone who is dreaming of their
first raft trip or camping experience to persons returning for their
10th river adventure; from families with children ages seven and
older to active octogenarians; solo travelers, couples, partners,
and groups of all kinds. People with disabilities are welcome on
our trips. Call and we will help find a trip that is right for you.
Why
don't we offer online trip registration?
The answer is simple. We want to provide you with the best trip
possible and that means we need to talk with you and listen to your
needs!
Why
choose Sundog?
We have opted to remain a small company so you will have a more
personal experience. Our guest to guide ration is low and our trips
are geared for your individual level of experience. We offer trips
that take you to some of the most distinctively beautiful places
in North America that can only be accessed through river canyons.
